How to Use This Sheet
Run all 15 prompts in Nano Banana Pro on Higgsfield. This generates the reference sheet you'll feed into Soul ID training. The goal is to lock Kira's face so every subsequent shot — across Veo, Sora, Kling, Seedance — looks like the same woman.
- Open Higgsfield → Nano Banana Pro
- Run Prompt 01 first. This is the "passport photo" — the anchor image.
- If you love the face, keep going with Prompts 02–15 in the same session.
- If the face isn't right, regenerate Prompt 01 until you find HER. Then proceed.
- Once you have 15+ strong images, pick the best 10–15 and train Soul ID.
- After Soul ID training, generate a validation grid (different angles) to confirm consistency.
Critical: Once you find the face you love in Prompt 01, try to keep the same session going. Nano Banana Pro has built-in character consistency within a session. Closing and reopening may drift the face.
Every prompt below begins with this identity lock — the same core description that anchors Kira's physical features across all generations. The variables that change per prompt are marked in [BRACKETS].
IDENTITY LOCK:
Cinematic portrait of a Latina woman, early 30s, professional racing driver. Strong angular jawline, high defined cheekbones, dark brown eyes with intense focused gaze, olive-brown skin, dark hair pulled back tight in a sleek braid. Small thin scar above her left eyebrow. Minimal makeup, natural skin texture with light perspiration. Athletic lean build. Wearing a matte black carbon-weave fire suit with subtle charcoal panel accents and a single thin cyan-blue stripe running down the left arm. No logos, no sponsor markings, no brand names.
Phase 1 — Face Lock (Prompts 01–05)
Phase 1 goal: Lock the face. These 5 prompts generate the core facial identity from multiple angles. If any of these don't look like the same person, don't proceed — regenerate until they do. This IS the casting session.

Minimal makeup, natural skin texture with light perspiration. Athletic lean build. Wearing a matte black carbon-weave fire suit with subtle charcoal panel accents and a single thin cyan-blue stripe running down the left arm. No logos, no sponsor markings, no brand names.
Front-facing portrait, looking directly into camera. Expression: calm intensity, composed confidence, the look of someone who has done this a thousand times.
Lighting: dramatic Rembrandt lighting from the left, warm amber fill from below as if lit by dashboard instruments. Dark moody background, out of focus. Shallow depth of field. Photorealistic, 4K, anamorphic lens flare, cinematic color grade with desaturated tones and selective warmth on skin.
⚡ This is THE most important prompt. Regenerate until you find the face that IS Kira. Save the seed/output. Every other prompt builds on this.

Full left profile view, facing left. Clean silhouette showing defined jawline, nose profile, and strong neck. Hair braid visible running down back. Expression: stoic concentration.
Lighting: dramatic backlight from behind creating a rim light on jaw and shoulder. Subtle warm fill on face from front-left. Dark negative space background. Photorealistic, 4K, high contrast, cinematic, film noir style lighting.
Extreme close-up of a woman's eyes reflected in a dark racing helmet visor. Latina woman, early 30s, dark brown eyes with intense focused gaze, olive-brown skin, scar barely visible above left eyebrow. Eyes are sharp and determined, catching light.
The visor is tinted dark, reflective — faint cyan and amber light streaks reflected in the glass surface, suggesting a futuristic digital interface beyond the camera. Rain droplets on the visor surface, slightly out of focus. Only the area from eyebrows to bridge of nose is visible.
Lighting: the eyes are lit by reflected instrument glow — warm amber mixed with cool cyan. The rest of the frame is deep shadow. Photorealistic, 4K, extreme macro detail, shallow depth of field, anamorphic bokeh, cinematic. Every eyelash visible. Moisture on skin. This is the first frame the audience sees.
⚡ This shot opens the film. If this image gives you chills, you've found Kira.
Phase 2 — Helmet On (Prompts 06–08)
Phase 2 goal: Kira with helmet. These are critical because ~60% of the film has her in a helmet. The audience needs to recognize her even with the visor down — through body language, the cyan arm stripe, and the cockpit environment.
Cinematic portrait of a Latina woman racing driver, early 30s, strong angular jawline, high cheekbones, dark brown eyes, olive-brown skin, dark hair pulled tight under a matte black racing helmet. Small scar above left eyebrow. Light perspiration on face. Wearing matte black carbon-weave fire suit with thin cyan stripe on left arm. No logos, no brand names.
Helmet is on, visor flipped up, face fully visible inside the helmet opening. The matte black helmet is smooth, minimal, no decals, no vents — sleek 2035-era design. She is looking straight ahead with calm focus. Jaw set.
Lighting: dramatic amber and cyan mixed light from dashboard instruments below, casting upward shadows on face inside helmet. Dark cockpit background. Rain visible through a windshield behind her, out of focus. Photorealistic, 4K, cinematic, shallow depth of field.
Cinematic portrait of a racing driver in a matte black helmet with dark tinted visor pulled down. The visor reflects faint cyan geometric lines and amber data readouts — a futuristic heads-up display reflected in the glass. Rain droplets on the visor surface. The driver's eyes are barely visible through the tint — dark brown, focused, intense.
Wearing matte black carbon-weave fire suit with a single thin cyan-blue stripe on the left arm. No logos, no brand markings, no sponsor text. Hands in black leather racing gloves gripping a flat-bottom steering wheel with carbon fiber trim.
Lighting: the visor catches multiple light sources — cyan HUD reflections, warm amber dashboard glow, cool blue from rain outside. The rest of the cockpit is deep shadow. Photorealistic, 4K, cinematic, anamorphic, extreme detail on visor reflections and rain droplets.
⚡ This might become your poster frame. The visor reflecting the HUD IS the visual metaphor of the entire film — human behind AI's interface.
Cinematic portrait of a racing driver in a matte black helmet with dark visor down. The visor now reflects intense red light — harsh red geometric warning graphics, pulsing red data overlays. The word "RELINQUISH" is faintly visible reversed in the reflection. The mood has shifted from cool and controlled to urgent and dangerous.
Wearing matte black fire suit with thin cyan stripe on left arm. No logos. Hands gripping the steering wheel tightly — knuckles visible through thin gloves. The driver's posture is tense, leaning slightly forward.
Lighting: dominated by aggressive red from the HUD, casting harsh red reflections across the helmet and visor. Small traces of the original cyan still visible at edges, being overtaken by red. Dark cockpit, rain streaking past outside. Photorealistic, 4K, cinematic, high contrast, anamorphic. The color shift from cyan to red tells the story without words.
Phase 3 — Cockpit & Body (Prompts 09–12)
Phase 3 goal: Context shots. Kira in the car, hands on the wheel, the manual override switch, and the full suit. These establish the physical environment and give Soul ID training more body/posture data.
Cinematic close-up of a racing driver seated in a futuristic cockpit. Camera positioned from the passenger side, showing the driver in three-quarter view. Latina woman, early 30s, wearing matte black helmet with visor up, face visible — strong jawline, focused dark brown eyes, scar above left eyebrow. Matte black fire suit, thin cyan stripe on left arm.
Hands in worn black leather racing gloves gripping a flat-bottom carbon fiber steering wheel. The dashboard ahead shows a minimal digital display with faint cyan data readouts. A physical toggle switch with a red safety guard is visible on the center console — labeled "MANUAL" in small engraved text.
The cockpit is tight, purposeful, stripped of comfort. Carbon fiber surfaces everywhere. Faint rain sound implied by droplets on the windshield ahead. Lighting: cyan instrument glow from dash, warm amber from a single display, dark surrounding cockpit. Photorealistic, 4K, cinematic, anamorphic.
Extreme close-up of a physical toggle switch mounted on a carbon fiber center console inside a racing cockpit. The switch has a red metal safety guard that must be flipped up before the toggle can be thrown. Small engraved text reads "MANUAL" below the switch. The toggle is currently in the OFF position.
A gloved hand — black leather racing glove, worn at fingertips — hovers near the switch, not yet touching it. Selective focus on the switch, background blurred.
Lighting: the switch catches a faint cyan glow from the dashboard HUD above, but the red safety guard catches warm amber from another source. The contrast between the digital cyan world and this analog, physical, mechanical switch is the visual story. Photorealistic, 4K, extreme macro detail, shallow depth of field, cinematic.
⚡ This switch is the physical manifestation of the film's theme: a mechanical, human-controlled override for a digital system. It needs to look analog and real in a digital world.
Full body cinematic portrait of a Latina woman racing driver, early 30s, athletic lean build, standing beside a matte black prototype racing car in a dark pit lane at night. Strong jawline, high cheekbones, dark brown eyes, dark hair in a tight braid, small scar above left eyebrow. Minimal makeup, natural.
Wearing a matte black carbon-weave fire suit with subtle charcoal panel accents on ribs and shoulders, single thin cyan-blue stripe running down the left arm from shoulder to wrist. No logos, no sponsor markings, no brand names anywhere on suit or car. Black leather racing gloves in her right hand, held at her side. Matte black helmet tucked under left arm.
The car behind her is low, aggressive, a 2035-era prototype GT shape with carbon fiber bodywork. Matte black with no external decorations. Car number "1" in small white on the door.
Lighting: dramatic overhead pit lane lights creating strong top-down shadows. Cool blue ambient from the rain-wet pit surface reflecting light. Dark background, other cars barely visible as silhouettes. Photorealistic, 4K, full body framing head to toe, cinematic wide shot, slight low angle to give her stature.
Extreme close-up cinematic portrait of a Latina woman racing driver, early 30s. Strong angular jawline, high cheekbones, dark brown eyes burning with defiant resolve, olive-brown skin glistening with perspiration. Small scar above left eyebrow. Dark hair pulled back tight. Inside a racing cockpit.
This is the moment she refuses. Her jaw is set. Her lips are slightly parted — she has just said one word. Her eyes are locked forward, unwavering. She is not angry. She is not afraid. She is certain.
Lighting: harsh red light washing across her face from a heads-up display in front of her — the AI system is demanding control. The red light catches the moisture on her skin, her cheekbones, the edge of her jaw. Deep shadow on the far side of her face. The red is the only light source. It is aggressive and invasive. She is calm inside it.
Photorealistic, 4K, extreme close-up from nose to forehead filling the frame, anamorphic, cinematic color grade with deep blacks and saturated red. Every pore, every eyelash, every bead of sweat visible. This single frame should tell you: she will not comply.
⚡ Shot 11 of the film — "No." at the Roller Coaster. If this image makes you hold your breath, it's right. This is your awards-submission frame.
Phase 4 — Environment Context (Prompts 13–15)
Phase 4 goal: The world around Kira. These won't be used for Soul ID training (they're not face-focused) but they establish the visual tone and can serve as key frames for Veo/Kling video generation. Run them in the same session to maintain the aesthetic.
Wide cinematic shot of a futuristic racing grid at night. A matte black prototype racing car sits on pole position on wet asphalt that reflects holographic grid lines and faint cyan light markers embedded in the track surface. Rain falls steadily. The track ahead curves into darkness.
Holographic barriers line the edges of the track — thin translucent walls of cyan light replacing traditional concrete barriers. Digital timing boards float above the start-finish line showing abstract data readouts. The overall aesthetic is near-future motorsport: 2035, familiar but evolved.
No crowds. No spectators. This is a private qualifying session. The only life is the car, the rain, and the data.
Lighting: the wet asphalt reflects every light source — cyan from holograms, warm amber from the car's single headlight cluster, cool white from distant floodlights. The sky is black, low clouds visible. Photorealistic, 4K, ultra-wide 2.39:1 aspect ratio, anamorphic, cinematic. This is the world of PARITY.
Wide cinematic shot of a matte black racing car mid-drift through a tight corner on a rain-soaked race track at night. The car is sliding at extreme angle, rear tires breaking traction, a spray of water arcing from the rear wheels. The headlights cut two sharp beams through heavy rain ahead.
There are no holographic barriers here. No digital overlays. No cyan light. The HUD is dead. All electronic assistance is off. The only light sources are the car's headlights and faint moonlight through rain clouds reflecting off the wet track surface.
The track is surrounded by dark Virginia forest — tall black trees line both sides. The corner is technical, tight, a hairpin. The car is carrying impossible speed through it. This is human skill, raw and unassisted.
Lighting: almost noir-level darkness. The headlight beams create dramatic volumetric light through the rain. The wet asphalt reflects the beams. Everything outside the light cone is pure black. Photorealistic, 4K, ultra-wide, anamorphic, extreme cinematic atmosphere. This frame should feel like liberation and danger simultaneously.
⚡ The poster frame. The moment PARITY becomes a visual poem. Dark, silent, beautiful, terrifying.
Wide cinematic shot from behind and slightly above as a matte black racing car crosses a finish line on a rain-soaked track at night. The car is traveling straight now, no longer drifting — composed, controlled, victorious. Tire marks from the previous drift are still visible on the wet asphalt behind it, steam rising from hot rubber on cold wet ground.
The finish line is marked by a simple white painted line on the track, no fanfare, no flags, no crowds. A single timing light blinks green as the car passes. The holographic barriers from earlier are dark — the system that powered them has been overridden along with everything else.
Rain continues to fall. The headlights point forward into darkness. She has more track ahead. She always does.
Lighting: minimal. The timing light casts a brief green wash. Headlights illuminate the track ahead. The wet surface reflects everything. Dark forest on both sides. The sky is beginning to show the faintest hint of dawn — not sunrise, just the idea that darkness doesn't last forever. Photorealistic, 4K, ultra-wide, anamorphic, cinematic. The quietest, most powerful frame in the film.
Phase 5 — The Flicker (Prompt 16)
Phase 5 goal: The final image in the film. Kira's eyes, post-victory, no HUD — with neutral lighting only. The cyan flicker will be added in post-production (1–2 frames composited onto the iris). This prompt generates the BASE image before the flicker. It needs to be warm, human, exhausted, real. The most intimate frame in the entire film.
Extreme close-up of a Latina woman's face, early 30s. Only her eyes, nose, and the area from mid-forehead to upper lip fill the frame. Strong angular jawline barely visible at bottom edge. High cheekbones catching light. Dark brown eyes — warm, human, deep. The small thin scar above her left eyebrow is visible. Olive-brown skin glistening with perspiration and exhaustion. Dark hair pulled back, barely visible at edges.
She has just survived something. Her eyes hold relief, quiet defiance, and the ghost of fear that has not fully left. Her breathing is visible — the faintest movement. She is not performing. She is existing. This is the most human frame in the entire film.
There is NO cyan light. No red light. No HUD reflections. No digital elements of any kind. The lighting is warm, soft, natural — as if from a single dim overhead light in a pit lane. Warm amber tone on her skin. Deep shadows on one side of her face. The background is completely black and out of focus.
Photorealistic, 4K, extreme close-up filling the entire frame edge to edge, shallow depth of field, anamorphic, cinematic. Every pore visible. Every bead of sweat. The moisture in her eyes catching light. This image should feel like sitting across from someone in the dark after they've just done the bravest thing of their life.
⚡ CRITICAL: Generate this with ZERO cyan or digital lighting. The 1–2 frame cyan flicker in her iris will be composited in post-production using Flux Kontext or manual editing. The base image must be purely warm and human so the flicker reads as an intrusion — something that doesn't belong. That contrast is what makes the audience's stomach drop.
After Generation — Soul ID Training Checklist
- Review all outputs. Select the 10–15 strongest where Kira looks like the SAME PERSON.
- Prioritize: Prompts 01–06 are your best Soul ID training candidates (face-focused, varied angles).
- Exclude: Prompt 10 (switch detail, no face), Prompts 13–15 (environment, no face close-up).
- Train Soul ID with the selected images.
- Validate: Generate a 6–8 image grid using Soul ID, changing only the camera angle. If the face holds — you're locked.
